The setting here is amazing, surrounded by nature with a stunning lake and gorgeous views, we had a great time exploring the beautiful grounds and nearby areas like Ruidoso and Cloudcroft.

Nice big room, the bathroom is a decent size too. the bed was so comfy and the staff were awesome. 😊

The location was best possible, at walking distance from Mescalero Lake. Hotel's room was a nice size and brand-new with an unbelievable view of the lake. The breakfast was above average, the check in was speedy.

Facilities were good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

On the evening of July 19th I went to sue the Front Desk for some information and was treated very badly by the lady at the reception. She wouldn't even let me finish my sentence and interrupted me. Also, very often there was no staff or reception, much less the concierge. The Nations Gathering restaurant is too repetitive in its meals. Very soon he gets tired

I liked all the facilities in general, I liked the restaurant where we dined, the one that is reserved, I liked the casino, in short from the valet parking, to the waitress of the restaurant, through the reception.

YOU TOLD ME THAT IN A FEW DAYS YOU WOULD RETURN THE AMOUNT I BOOKED FOR ONE NIGHT AND TO THIS DAY IT HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. PLEASE RETURN. I TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT THAT THE CASINO BARMEN TAKE VERY BAD CARE AND DISCRIMINATE AGAINST MEXICANS EVEN THOUGH WE SPEAK TO THEM IN ENGLISH. HE IS THE ONLY STAIN AND HE SHOULD BE FIRED, BECAUSE THAT IS HOW HE TREATED US DURING THE THREE DAYS, EVEN THOUGH WE ADDRESSED HIM IN AN ATTENTIVE AND CORRECT WAY.

The breakfast was reasonably priced and we really liked the restaurant. the location was beautiful and conveniently close to events, with a nice gym overlooking the lake. It was just a stone's throw away from the casino, rooms, and restaurant.
